A Prayer Poem by Sr. Juliemarie McDonald, SND,
for the Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time, February 19, 2012
“Child, your sins are forgiven.” (Mark 2:5b)
Mercy consumes the heart of Christ.
Everyone has the
Right to have hope in God’s mercy.
Calvary won this magnificent virtue for all.
Forgiveness freely bestowed on
Unjust and just alike!
Loving Lord on Calvary you cry out humbly,
[“Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.”] (Luke 23:34)
